Our priority remains ensuring both you and your pet remain healthy, so your appointment will be a little different from normal, as we continue to observe social distancing and carry out additional health and safety precautions to look after everyone

What to Bring
Please bring your phone and headphones with you to the appointment – We are able to provide headphones in the surgery.
Where possible, only one person to attend per appointment to aid social distancing
If you do need to come inside the surgery for any reason, please do wear a mask – We are able to provide both a face mask and hand sanitizer.
When You Get Here
Please call us or ring the bell when you arrive
We have provided shelter and seating to the front of the surgery if you have come by public transport or on foot
If you travelled by car, please stay in your car where possible and ensure the receptionist is aware of your registration number.
A member of the team will come out to collect and return your pet to you
During the Appointment
Please remain outside the surgery in the sheltered areas or your car,
You are free to leave if your pet is in for surgery
Your vet will be available on a live video link, please click the link once your pet has been taken inside
After the Appointment
After the appointment, the vet may come out to discuss treatment, medication, and cost with you
