We were delighted to welcome Jen to the team in October 2018. Jen joins us with a background of veterinary and management experience, previously responsible for the smooth running of two London surgeries. Before entering the veterinary world, Jen was an integral part of the management team for two wildlife parks in Kent working for their overseas charity projects as well as the parks. Having previously worked in hospitality for several years, Jen has plenty of customer service experience and is passionate about delivering a stellar experience for pets and owners alike! Jen is a massive animal lover and enjoys taking excellent care of her eleven year old Labrador Murphy – he may be a little spoilt!
